Does it reject candidates automatically?

No. Deal-breaker answers are flagged on the applicant so you can see them at a glance, and you decide what to do.

What does the match score tell me?

Each applicant gets an AI Match score for the job. Open the fit analysis to see matched skills, missing must-haves, strengths and gaps in plain language.

Where do applicants come from?

Candidates on the platform can see and apply to your public jobs. You can also share the job page by link, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, WhatsApp or email and send people to apply.

Which actions use credits?

Today the AI action that uses credits is AI Smart Add of a job (20). Posting manually earns credits. Credit rules can change, and the app always shows the current amounts.

Is the AI draft published automatically?

No. Pasted or uploaded descriptions open as a draft on the edit form. It goes public when you save.

How do candidates book an interview?

The booking page is public. Candidates open your link, choose a slot and confirm, and both of you receive a confirmation with a calendar invite.

Can I reschedule an interview?

You can cancel with a reason, which notifies both sides, then share the booking page again for a new slot.
