AI On Hunt unifies job seekers, recruiters, and bench marketers. Each persona agrees to maintain verifiable, truthful representations of their requirements and credentials.
- Job Seekers: Must submit truthful resumes, visa statuses, and work history.
- Recruiters: Must post legitimate, bona fide employment opportunities.
- Bench Marketers: Must hold valid representation agreements for all consultants.
